3rd California DUI Conviction Details
For your Third Offense California DUI, measured within ten years of your last DUI, a Misdemeanor, you will face a jail sentence from 120 days up to 12 months; a fine of at least $390 and up to $1,000; and a minimum driver’s license revocation of 3 years.
You must attend 12 – 45 hours of DUI School.
Your vehicle may be impounded by the court, and yuou will have to pay to get it out when the impounded period ends.
If you are allowed to drive, you will be required to install an ignition interlock device on your vehicle.
For a third offense California DUI, a refusal to take a BAC test adds 10 days of jail time to your sentence, which must be served.
